VENO
is easy to use. The function keys are described on the screen, user
can change registered velocity scale, presentation form (flow towards
and reverse the probe) and time base sweep time. The frozen on LCD curves
can be reviewed, adjusted in scale and display mode, optionally stored
or printed. There are several options to choice including: memory -
10 positions and printing possibility(example).

Optional equipment configuration: memory - 10 positions,
built-in thermal printer or connection to PC and software for making
reports, another ultrasound frequency and probe may be factory preset.
The
ultrasonic examination of blood flow by the VENO Doppler is efficient,
accurate, non-invasive, repeatable and inexpensive. It constitutes the
basis for the diagnosis of vascular diseases, the results of which direct
further diagnostics. The device is portable, equipped with handle for
carrying the unit and resting the probe. VENO is powered from an internal
rechargeable battery. The device can be operated plugged to the mains
with provided battery charger.

In both on-line and freezing mode user can change registered velocity
scale (respectively 20, 40, 60, 80, 120, 180, 240 cm/s), presentation
form (flow towards and reverse the probe - A-B; A; B; AB) and time base
sweep time (3s, 6s, 12s, 24s) Automatically calculated are values: mean
velocity, maximum velocity pulsatility index and resistance index.
There are several options to choice including: memory - 10 positions
and printing possibility.
